Underwater technical works company EPRONS Ltd was founded by Severins Cernavskis, diver with more than 40 years working experience in the field (since 1966). He has spent more than 10 000 working hours under water. He has participated in a various marine civil engineering projects, as also ship hoisting and complex rescue operations a number of times by providing help to sunken vessels and rescuing crew members. Cernavskis has crossed all oceans of the planet on rescue ships.

EPRONS Ltd provides inshore/onshore commercial diving services in the depth till 50 meters, ship husbandry services and Remote operated vehicle (ROV) service till 400 meters and high definition survey service.Company can ensure the necessary mobility and transportation of its employees and equipment whenever required. Company employs highly skilled personal commercial divers, ROV pilots and surveyors with many years’ working experience and uses special technologies, transport, equipment, and devices to provide wide range of high quality underwater technical works services.

EPRONS Ltd has a Quality Management System in conformity with ISO 9001:2015 and Occupational Health and Safety Manegement System standard OHSAS 18001:2007  certified by DNV GL register. We intend to continue focusing on improvements and performance. With systemized use of non-conformance reporting, campaigns on focus and attitude, as well as audits we are able to improve the quality level of our services.
