This Privacy Policy explains how SIA “EPRONS” processes personal data when you visit eprons.lv, send us an enquiry or contact us.

2. What data we process, why, and on what legal basis

  • Contact form and direct messages (e-mail, phone): your name, e-mail, country, phone number (optional) and the content of your message. We use it to answer your enquiry and to prepare a quotation or offer. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Cookies and embedded content: statistics cookies (Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager), social media features (Facebook) and embedded content (Google Maps, YouTube) are used only after you give consent in the cookie banner. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Strictly necessary cookies are used on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Technical and security data (IP address, browser data, server logs, website firewall, spam protection with Google reCAPTCHA): to keep the website secure and to prevent abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Providing your data in the contact form is voluntary, but without your name, e-mail and country we cannot answer your enquiry. We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing.

4. Who receives your data

  • hosting and website maintenance providers;
  • e-mail and office software providers;
  • Google (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google reCAPTCHA, Google Maps, YouTube);
  • Meta Platforms (Facebook);
  • professional advisers and public authorities where we are legally required to share data.

Our service providers process data on our behalf under data processing agreements or their standard terms.

5. Transfers outside the EU/EEA

Some providers, such as Google and Meta, may process data outside the EU/EEA, including in the United States. In that case we rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

6. How long we keep data

  • Enquiries and correspondence: as long as needed to answer and follow up, and generally up to 3 years after our last contact, unless a longer period is required by law (for example for accounting records) or to defend legal claims.
  • Cookie data: for the periods stated in the Cookie Policy.

This website is intended for business customers and is not directed at children.
